Are you looking for a diverse group of politically like minded individuals?  A campaign to volunteer for?  Information about Democratic activities in your community?  You have come to the right place.

The Sarasota-Manatee Young Democrats are committed to creating a bloc of young voters who will support and elect Democratic candidates to local, state and federal offices.  Membership is open to any registered Democrat between the ages of 21 and 41.  Our current membership reflects the broad diversity of our community, our nation and the Democratic Party - we are college students, young workers, young professionals and young families.  We also have Affiliate Menberships available to those individuals who fall outside of our age requirements.

The Sarasota-Manatee Young Democrats is a great place to meet new people, get one-on-one time with candidates and current law makers, learn about issues important to our community, state and nation and create memories that last forever.  By joining our mailing list you will be the first to know about our events and other progressive volunteer opportunities in the Sarasota-Manatee area.  

Our Monthly Membership Meetings help members stay connected.  The meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month.  Topics and locations may vary, but you are guaranteed a fun and informative experience each time.
